What’s included in the price?
Your booking covers a professional beach Santa photo session and 10 high-resolution, carefully edited images. These photos are perfect for printing, sharing online, or turning into gifts. Editing focuses on colour correction and light retouching to keep the look natural and bright.
When and how do I pay?
A small non-refundable booking fee is paid when you reserve online to hold your spot. The remaining session fee is due on the day and can be paid by cash or card. This keeps your booking secure while giving flexibility to pay later.
What happens if it rains?
If bad weather forces us to cancel, we’ll open extra days and give priority to those affected to reschedule. You’ll get a prompt update by email or text so you know what to expect. Our team keeps a close eye on the forecast to avoid surprises.
How do I receive my photos?
After your shoot, your 10 edited images will be prepared and sent digitally once they’re ready. The files are high-resolution so you can print, share, or create gifts easily. Additional print and framing options are available after your session.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your session if plans change. This gives us time to offer the spot to another family. Booking fees are non-refundable if you cancel completely.
Can we book multiple sessions back-to-back?
Yes. Families or friends who want extra time or separate photo sets can book consecutive time slots to keep the session relaxed and unhurried. This is ideal for large groups, cousins, or friends who want their own images without rushing. It also gives Santa and the photographer time to focus on each group.
