All booking fees of AU$2 are non-refundable. By booking, you agree to this policy.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Severe Weather
In case of cancellations due to severe weather or unsafe conditions, Santas Downunder will attempt to accommodate affected bookings but cannot guarantee rebooking or refunds.

Booking Modifications

Changes to Bookings
Any changes to your booking must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate, but changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
